With our Toasted Wheat Blend, we wanted to uncover how the gentle sweetness of a wheated mashbill interacts with the layered influence of toasted oak. The result? A bold, yet elegant product that captures the essence of our toasted barrel journey. 

In collaboration with our partners at Independent Stave Company (ISC), we carefully crafted a finishing process that utilizes two of our custom, distinct toasted barrels to develop balance, texture, and complexity: 

   Medium + Toasted American Oak Barrel (18-month seasoned)
   Medium Toast “Wave Stave” American Oak Barrel

Each barrel was seasoned for over 18 months, allowing time and air to naturally refine the wood’s character. This slow process elevates the final blend, creating a balance of texture and depth.

Bottled at 122.4 proof (61.2% ABV) and built on a 7-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon foundation, this whiskey opens with aromas of vanilla and raspberry pastries, followed by flavors of buttercream frosting, spice, and dark chocolate.

The Wheated Barrel Blend is a testament to how our craftsmanship and time can turn something familiar into something truly unique and remarkable.
