Every bourbon we create tells part of our story. How the oak, heat, and time can enhance and complement the spirit. With Toasted Small Batch, we set out to craft a bourbon that delivered all the richness of our toasted barrel work but in a softer, welcoming pour. Working hand in hand with the talented team at Independent Stave Company (ISC), we selected distinct toasted barrels for finishing to bring uniqueness and complexity to our 6-7 year Kentucky Straight Bourbon: 

   Heavy Toast American Oak
   Custom Spice Toast, Char #1 American Oak
   Medium Toast, Char #1 Hybrid Oak (American/French)

Bottled at a balanced 91.4 proof (45.7% ABV), Toasted Small Batch opens with aromas of maple syrup and cinnamon candies before unfolding into flavors of toasted marshmallow, nutmeg, and dried fruit.

The finish is long and eloquent, with notes of oak, tobacco, and dark cherry. 

As the only non-cask strength bourbon in our current collection, it’s intentionally crafted to be both versatile and inviting. It’s the perfect companion for a cocktail or a slow sip on a hot summer day (or whenever you want).
