With Toasted Small Batch, we set out to craft a bourbon that delivered all the richness of our toasted barrel work but in a softer, welcoming pour.
Bottled at a balanced 91.4 proof (45.7% ABV), Toasted Small Batch opens with aromas of maple syrup and cinnamon candies before unfolding into flavors of toasted marshmallow, nutmeg, and dried fruit.
The finish is long and eloquent, with notes of oak, tobacco, and dark cherry.
As the only non-cask strength bourbon in our current collection, it’s intentionally crafted to be both versatile and inviting. It’s the perfect companion for a cocktail or a slow sip on a hot summer day (or whenever you want).
